CANCELLATION POLICY

  Tee-times can be cancelled up until the  ‘DAY-BEFORE’, without penalty, by speaking with a proshop representative at (613) 267-3090 X 1.

Online cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours.

 SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

A $25 fee per person, to a maximum of $50 per tee-time, will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the tee-time when players are cancelled after the “grace-period”, or do not show up at all.

This policy also applies to partial no-shows.  If less players arrive than originally booked, the credit card used to make the reservation will be charged a $25 fee per absent player, to a maximum of $50 per tee-time.

This is a reminder to not book for more people than intends to play.

WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations due to weather conditions are accepted in most cases, without penalty, provided the forecast is poor at our location.  Please call the Proshop prior to your tee-time for forecast details.

Failure to arrive, without cancelling your tee-time, is not acceptable regardless of conditions.  Please be sure to cancel your tee-time by calling the Proshop or else the no-show policy applies.

  A credit card number is required at the time of booking for both online and telephone bookings.
