Pay At Counter Rate:

A credit card is required at the time of booking, however, players can pay individually upon arrival to the course.

The group organizer is responsible for the number of tee-times reserved.  Excess tee-times not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the event will be charged to the credit card on file at a rate of $50 per tee-time.  (This is not a ‘per person’ charge – it is charged if an entire tee-time is not required)

The group organizer is also responsible for ensuring the minimum player requirement is met in order to support the group rate discounts.  If the minimum is not met on the day of play, the difference will be charged to the credit card on file.  Or, if it is known 24 hours in advance that less than 16 will check-in, the group rate will change to the rack rate and absolve the organizer from these charges. 

Weather-related cancellations are accepted without penalty.  Rainchecks are provided if the round has already begun.

 

Pre-paid (7 days) Rate:

Option 1.) Payment in full, made through one single e-transfer transaction to [email protected], a minimum of 7 days in advance, will save an additional 5% off the pre-paid rates AND players each receive a gift from the Perth Golf Course!  

Option 2.) Players can pay individually by e-transferring [email protected] with the event date in the message section and using the password: Perthgolf.  Contact your event organizer for the after-tax rate to be paid. Deadline to pre-pay is 7 days prior to the event, otherwise, ‘Pay at Counter’ rates will apply.

Pre-paid rates are considered non-refundable.  In the event you cannot make your tee-time, a replacement player can be sent in your place, or you can be credited with a raincheck valued at 50% of the amount paid (expires at the end of the current season).

Weather-related cancellations prior to the event-start are provided a raincheck valued at 100% of the amount paid (expires at the end of the current season).

Note:  Credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge for both options 1 and 2. There are no additional fees for e-transfer payments.

Reasons why pre-payment should be considered:

  • Provides an extra discount to your group rate.
  • No long line-ups! Check-in at the counter is quick, efficient, and power carts will be set aside for more convenient access.
  • the organizer’s credit card will not be charged any additional fees when players are pre-paid and excess tee-times have been cancelled.
  • If payment is made through a single transaction, you save even more! (An additional 5%)

 

Additional Information and Eligibility Requirements:

Coupons or any other programs/promotions cannot be used towards group reservations when booked prior to the 10-day booking window.  This includes Club EG, Golf Xtra, UnderPar, Redbook, and Green’s Fee Passport as these programs do not permit advanced booking privileges.  In addition, these player types may not be used towards meeting the 16-player minimum requirement.  Should you wish to take advantage of these other programs/offers, please book within 10 days of the day of play.  

A shotgun start is available for tournament reservations of 100 players or more and is subject to a $3 per player surcharge.  Scheduled shotguns with less than 100 players will be subject to a $25 surcharge per player below the 100 requirement.  Groups playing 9-holes and/or have less than 100 players are automatically booked for tee-times.

NOTE: There are no adminstration staff employed in our off-season.  Requests for group bookings and tournament scheduling can begin as of April 3rd, 2023 when the clubhouse staff return to work.

No substitutions.  Banquet dinners include a dessert buffet and coffee station.  All prices are subject to 13% HST and 15% service gratuity.
Special dietary restrictions (vegetarian, GF, etc) can be accommodated with advanced notice.
 

 

Additional Tournament Services

  • Prizes are available to purchase from our proshop at discounted retail pricing (approx 10-20% off)
  • Add range balls to warm up on our driving range prior to the round (+$4 per player or $250 per full-course tournament).
  • Request assistance from our professional staff to include on-course contest set up, scorecards, cart signage, scoring, etc (starts at $50 per event)

    All food and beverage offered to tournament participants must be purchased from the golf club, including all alcoholic beverages (AGCO Act).
